the check-in and check-out were super easy and fast! the breakfast was really nice and high quality. i loved the spacious room with a balcony. it had a wonderful view of the swimming pool, so that was a big plus!
the entertainment was mostly focused on spanish speakers, but that's understandable since we were in spain

The location was very good. It was close to the beach. it made it so easy to go back and forth whenever we wanted. the boulevard with palm trees nearby looked beautiful!

The swimming pool was beautiful and clean. there was a lifeguard present all day. It gave a safe feeling. this was especially important since i was with the kids. the hotel has good equipment!

The hotel sits a short walk from the beach. It's only five minutes. shops and restaurants are also nearby. the bus plana stop is conveniently located at the street's end. i liked how quiet the area was.

The evening entertainment proved problematic. Loud music seeped into the room late at night. It made it hard to sleep well.. plus, the provided pillows resembled hard sausages. I had to request a real pillow.
